Who we are
PDC – the Practice Development Consultants is an unincorporated partnership. The partners are Galina Morgan and Stuart Morgan. The company was founded in Sheffield in the United Kingdom on 1 Jan 1990.
Our advisors work as advisors, management consultants, trainers and interim managers. Our staff have provided our services in over 88 different countries. We have implemented major projects in the United Kingdom, the European Union, the Balkans, the Baltic states, the Russian Federation, Central Asia, South East Asia, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East, Australia, the Caribbean, South America, and the continental states of America.
We have significant experience in the defence sector, the aerospace sector, higher education, general engineering, the emerging technologies sector, biomass and energy management sectors, media communications, local and national government, and the international health sector.
