Stuart has worked at board level for four decades. He has significant international experience of strategy development across several industry sectors.  An eminent and internationally recognised HR specialist, executive leadership and management coach, and general manager. A distinguished business advisor and senior executive with substantial experience and an enviable career.  Stuart ardently encourages executive leadership development, the creation of shareholder value, ethical AI and corporate social responsibility (CSR).  A proven and internationally acknowledged record of making an exceptional contribution to human resources and people development.

Over the last three decades, Stuart have workedon projects funded by International Financial Institutions, such as World Bank, EU, Asian Development Bank, DFID, the African Development Bank, the Dutch Government advising them and the beneficiary institutions on a range of complex public sector reform issues, and strategic management training issues. Currently, he is working for ICE in Belgium providing the professional lead for the EC funded project: –“Strategic Management Support to the Northern Dimension Partnership for Public Health”. Additionally, he is retained to manage projects for Lenovo and Schneider Electric.

He works too with global organisations, such as Schneider Electric, CISCO, VMWare, and Assystem providing a range of executive management training programmes. The client list includes many UK based small to medium sized enterprises.
